iba 2025: a global exhibition for the bakery, confectionery and snacks industry

iba, the international bakery, confectionery and snacks, returned in 2025 with new dates and a new location. The iba 2025 was take place from 18 to 22 May 2025 at Messe Düsseldorf for the first time. Decision-makers from the baking, food and baking industries came together in Düsseldorf to share innovations, exchange ideas and do business across Europe. Düsseldorf regained its long-standing reputation as the world’s leading conference centre. Featuring everything from raw materials to packaging materials and traditional and digital crafts, the iba 2025 offered international exhibitors many opportunities to participate in innovation.
